Photographs of our plants on our website are examples of the plant for sale and may not be the plant delivered to you. The pot size and height of the plant shown in the product description are approximate sizes. We do our very best to represent the plant for sale as accurately as possible but please note that the plant sent may vary in size, shape and number of leaves/flowers etc. Please bear in mind that growth is seasonal. Each plant is individual and unique and some variation should be expected.
We inspect each plant prior to dispatch to ensure that our customers receive healthy, thriving plants. Unpack your plant as soon as possible after delivery. Check the soil and only water if necessary (check the care label for watering instructions). We do not recommend that you repot any of our plants within 14 days of receipt form us. Allow your plant some time to settle and acclimatise to its new environment.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your plants, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Shipping & Returns
Our Local Delivery is based on the distance of the delivery address from our Sudbury shop. Rates are as follows:
0-5km - FREE
5-15km - £5
Addresses outside of this radius will be sent via Royal Mail 24 1-2 Day Delivery. Our nationwide delivery charge is £6.50.
All orders over £50 are delivered free of charge.
We aim to package and dispatch all orders within 24 hours. To avoid plants being held in post depots, our delivery days are Tuesday - Thursday. Any orders received between midday Thursday and midnight Monday will be sent on Tuesday.
We are currently unable to deliver to addresses outside the UK.
We will use the delivery address provided at checkout and cannot be held responsible for incorrect address entries.

Order online and collect directly from our Sudbury shop. We'll send an email to let you know as soon as your order is ready.
We aim to have orders ready within 24 hours and collection can be made during our normal opening hours.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We cannot accept returns of live plants.
We do accept returns of all other non-living products within 14 days long as they are unused, in the same packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds on eligible products will be processed within 7 days receiving the returned product(s).
We regret that we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns. We recommend that you retain proof of postage for your records.
We cannot accept liability for damage claims without photographic evidence of the arrival condition of your delivery and suggest you photograph any damage before and after opening.
Any problems or issues with your order must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of delivery. Missing orders must be reported immediately.
